Cross Alaska-Canada
From Anchorage you'll begin a fabulous 11 - 14 day tour with a flight north to Fairbanks, the heart of Interior Alaska. Enjoy one day at your leisure to explore this fascinating, historical town. Board a DC-3 and fly to Dawson City, Yukon Territory - the gold rush capital of the Klondike.Sunrise comes early on an Alaskan summer morningWith a few days to explore around Dawson City, enjoy casino gambling, a hike in the neaby mountains, or a round-trip river boat adventure down the Yukon to Eagle, Alaska. From Dawson you'll return to Alaska on the Taylor Highway, nicknamed "The Top of the World Highway" for its incredible mountaintop vistas. From Tok Alaska you'll venture past the Wrangell and Mentasta Mountains as you head south to the port city of Valdez. Cruise by ferry across the majestic waters of Prince William Sound for spectacular views of wildlife and glaciers, including the massive tidewater Columbia Glacier. Arrive in the port city of Seward, located on the shores of Resurrection Bay. Explore Seward, home of the all new multi-million dollar Seward Sealife Center. Next morning, board a bus for a ride through the rugged Kenai Mountains enroute to Homer. Frequent stops provide ample opportunity for taking in the spectacular scenery and the interesting sights along the road. Homer's invitingly robust atmosphere, a blend of seafarers and artisans, compliments its incredibly scenic location on the deep-blue waters of Kachemak Bay. Homer Spit, a natural sand bar that juts miles out into the Bay, is home to an enormous fishing fleet that has established this city's reputation as "The Halibut Fishing Capital of the World." With ample local charters you can enjoy incredible marine sight-seeing or fishing, care-free beachcombing, or exploring the city's many fine small shops. For the adventurous, take an excursion across Kachemak Bay to visit historic Seldovia, an early Russian fur-trading outpost now highly regarded for its solitary atmosphere. Complete your adventure with a return flight north to the city of Anchorage.

Remote Alaska Wilderness
A 10 day excursion out of Anchorage that begins with an incredibly scenic combination bus and train ride south to the port city of Whittier.Glacier-filled mountains provide for stunning natural vistasTake in stunning views of the Chugach Mountains and the Kenai Peninsula as you wind southward along the shoreline of Cook Inlet's beautiful Turnagain Arm. From Whittier, you'll travel by ferry across the majestic waters of Prince William Sound enroute to scenic Valldez. Spend a day or two exploring Valdez, home to the terminal operations of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. Travel north by van through the breathtakingly beautiful Thompson Pass to Chitna, small town located on the mighty Copper River. Fly by bush plane to remote McCarthy, deep in the heart of the Wrangell Mountains. From here you'll have the opportunity to do and experience almost anything that Alaska has to offer; flight seeing, wildlife viewing, hiking, treking, kayaking, river rafting, fishing, beach combing, horseback riding, and with some notice, even dog sled riding on a glacier! Denali Tour
Begin this tour in Fairbanks with exploration of this important hub city of Interior Alaska.The Majesty of the Alaska RangeTravel by bus to Chena Hot Springs and relax in its soothing hot waters. Spend one or two nights at this resort before you head back to Fairbanks to board an Alaska Railroad train to Denali National Park. Spend at least one full day to explore this wonderful park (an overnight stay in one of the Kantisha lodges deep inside the park comes highly recommended). With an open itinarary you can add another day to enjoy an an exciting raft trip before you board the train enroute to Talkeetna. This small community, nestled in the upper Susitna River Valley, is the staging area for most climbing expeditions that are headed to Mt. McKinley. Don't miss out on a flight seeing trip to the highest mountain in North America - it is truly an unforgettable experience. The next day you'll continue by train south through the largest continous birch forest in North America to Anchorage.
